As our workload continues to grow, we are actively expanding our team and are currently hiring full-time positions to support ongoing construction, repair, and improvement projects.

Pay: $16.00 - $40.00/hr (negotiable based on experience)

Location: O'ahu

Schedule: Full-time (Monday - Friday)

Job Responsibilities:

• Assist with general construction tasks, including material handling, site preparation, demolition, and cleanup

• Load, unload, and transport tools, equipment, and building materials safely and efficiently

• Support skilled trades (carpenters, welders, concrete crews, etc.) as needed on active job sites

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with job site safety standards

Job Requirements:

• Prior construction or labor experience (preferred but not required)

• Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team

• Must be 18 years or older

• Reliable transportation

• Physically able to perform demanding work, including lifting 50–100+ lbs

• Consistent attendance, punctuality, and a strong work ethic are expected

• Comfortable working outdoors in varying Hawaii weather conditions
